Food was cold. Service was slow. We waited longer to order then we did for our food. Just wish it was still hot.
I really hate to give poor reviews but I think it is important the employees and owners know how the business is performing from a guest perspective. I only visited once but can't even give them a second chance. The place was dirty and the employees had zero customer service skills. I felt the review necessary since no one at the restaurant seemed interested in fixing anything.
Would give it 0 stars if there was an option. This place is a dump. Smalls horrible inside and out. Bathroom rarely is in working condition, let alone sanitary condition. Service is just as bad whether dining in or using the drive through. Both have wait times that seem to go on for hours. Sometimes literally over an hour. Then when you do get your food 99% your orders wrong and what food you did get is either cold or way to old. All around $#!* hole.
Took 30 minutes to get country fried steak. The service is trash the food comes slow and they don't even have the proper utensils to eat your food.
Good fast food. You do have to wait a bit but they make it right then for taco bell food. And are nice.
