I it's a good place to find a place to live.
The Morse family are great people to rent from. Their rent is reasonable. The apartment that I rented from them had utilities paid plus the cable. If you've ever had a issue with something broke the maintenance would come fix it quick. They are good landlords and not a slumlord. I would definitely rent from them again. They are highly recommended.
There rent is not reasonable 700 a month you pay the utility straight across the street from Tom trumps apartments a.k.a drug house. which has been raid 3 to 4 times and is still in business selling and dealing. and the good old sue morse and her son Aaron who want there rent on time will not say or doing anything about it nor fix anything. And sue and Aaron are very sue happy they are one step above Bob Morgan in this town.i hope this helps someone out .
