We had the pleasure of booking the group camp facilities to host an event. The cabins were lovely, power by every bunk, two bathrooms in every cabin. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the event space in the rec hall was excellent. More handicap accessible than it looked, including the bathrooms. I would recommend it highly.
Beautiful park but alot of drug addicts. The fishing isn't bad but I keep hearing story's not to eat the fish.
This is a beautiful park with ample space between sites. It is very clean and well maintained. I do feel they are a little too "rule oriented", and could be more flexible. Overall it was an excellent experience.
Hiked the north and south loop, went through the cemetery and Thompson house. Very lovely trail. Be sure to bring anything that will kill ticks and chiggers.
This place is a hidden gem. Clean and quiet. Stayed 2 nights and hated to leave. Power only at sites but water available to full tanks. Had shower and washing machines.
