After noticing that the inside of my tire was worn and blistered, they put my vehicle on the rack and discovered that one of my lower ball joints had failed. The owner immediately got in touch with the auto suppy (which had just closed) and asked if they could bring over a replacement as a favor to him (which they did).
He fixes my stuff like a pro.
I can not say enough about the service I was shown at this shop. My family and I had left our home for a long family weekend. About half way on our trip the front end of our vehicle began to shake. I arrived at Hanson Auto about 30 minutes from closing time on a Friday afternoon.
Even though the sign said Hanson Auto was suppose to close at 5:00, the owner stayed until he fixed the vehicle. My family and I can not say enough about how grateful we are that we pulled into Hanson Auto Service.
While waiting for the part, the owner pulled out my spare tire. It was flat. After discovering that the tire would not hold air, he once again called a local tire shop to see if they could fix the tire. When they agreed, he loaded the tire into his truck and drove to the tire shop to have it fixed.
