The guys at Barnes Baker in Trenton are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family. I'm a repeat customer because of the way they treat me. I've purchased cars in other places and the service was very impersonal. At first it was obvious they were going out of their way to make a sale, but after that I felt like I was being rushed through the process so they could move on to the next sale. I don't feel that way with these guys.
Wife and I drove through their lot and pinpointed five vehicles we were potentially interested in. We then went into the sales office to see about test driving them so we could get an idea about how the vehicles handled, accelerated, etc. The salesboy immediately wanted to know about our budget, payment amount, etc. before we even drove any of the vehicles. At that point my wife was insulted by this and we left. Little did that salesperson know that we could have bought any car on that lot, and we could have bought a lot of them cash outright. With over 32k dollars in cash, not even considering our current vehicle trade in value, we will just go look elsewhere where the selection is better and the salespeople are helpful.
My salesman was friendly and very helpful. He even had to go out of state to get the truck I wanted. They gave a great deal on my trade in and found a low rate for my financing. I felt comfortable through the whole process.
